Please read these terms carefully. They apply to all cleaning services provided by Maid In Gosfield.
I pride myself on cleaning to the highest standards using the best quality professional cleaning products and equipment. I am fully insured and DBS checked.
I view the property to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of work involved. I will send you a quote detailing all cleaning to be carried out and a fixed price for the works.
Prices include all professional cleaning products and equipment. Prices are not negotiable and I do not price match.
If there is any aspect of our work that you are not happy with, please get in touch asap within 24 hours of the clean and I will rectify as soon as I can. I do not provide refunds.
We will do our best to clean under and around large furniture however, we are unable to move very heavy or large pieces of furniture. If there is an item of furniture you would like cleaned under or behind, you are welcome to move it out before the clean.
We are unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (e.g. rodents, fleas).
Full payment is required within 3 days of the invoice being sent. Late payments could incur a late payment fee.
Cleans are mostly undertaken within school hours (9am – 2.30pm) Monday to Friday. Your regular day may change during the school holidays due to childcare but ample notice will be given for this.
If you need to cancel your regular cleaning slot, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price. This applies to all customers.
During school holidays where ample notice is given, any cancellations will incur a full charge.
If you or others in your household are too ill to go to work or school, please contact me asap to cancel your clean.
If we are unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.
